Identification of Bacterial Species via 16S rDNA Sequencing

The isolated strain was identified by using the 16S rDNA sequencing method as
described previously (Kim et al., 2018 (link)).
Bacterial genomic DNA samples were extracted using the InstaGene^TMMatrix (Bio-Rad Laboratories, Hercules, CA, USA). The primers 27F (5’-AGA
GTT TGA TCM TGG CTC AG-3’) and 1492R (5’-TAC GGY TAC CTT GTT ACG
ACT T-3’) were used for the PCR.
