Comparison of Antiplatelet Therapy Cohorts

The patients included in this study (cohort 2) were compared to a historical cohort (cohort 1) with abnormal MOCHA who were treated only with antiplatelet therapy during the follow-up period. The cohort 1 data were obtained from a previously published study (7 (link)). Independent t-tests were used for continuous variables. Categorical variables were compared with Pearson χ² or Fisher exact test. Non-parametric comparison was performed using the Mann–Whitney U-test. Statistical analysis was performed using a combination of programs, including SPSS v25, Vassar Stats, and GraphPad. p-Values were calculated, and statistical significance was determined to be p < 0.05.
