Protein Fractionation from Excised Tissues

Portions of the excised PCa tissues from each group of mice were used to prepare whole tissue lysates as described (21 (link)). Fifty micrograms of cell lysate were fractionated on 10–15% Criterion precast SDS-polyacrylamide gels (Bio-Rad Laboratories, Hercules CA).
