Plant Growth Measurements under Salinity

Plant height and phyllode area were measured at days 90^th and 150^th of salt treatments using measuring scale and Area Meter (AM 350, ADC BioScientific Ltd), respectively. For determining biomasses of phyllodes and roots, plants were carefully uprooted at day 150^th of salt imposition and washed with distilled water to remove adherent soil. Dry weights (DWs) of phyllodes and roots were measured following the method described by Mostofa et al. (2015) (link).
