The following anti-human monoclonal antibodies were used: phycoerythrin (PE)-conjugated CD33 (MACS Milteyni Biotec, Leiden, The Netherlands); PE-Cy7-conjugated CD3 (eBioscience, Vienna, Austria); allophycocyanin (APC)-conjugated CD38 (Biolegend, London, UK); APC-Fire 750-conjugated CD8α (Biolegend), CD20 (BD Biosciences, Erebodegem, Belgium); BV510-conjugated CD45 (BD Biosciences); Peridnin-chlorophyll Cy 5.5-conjugated CD4 (Biolegend); iFluor 555-conjugated MonoRab Rabbit Anti-Camelid VHH (Genscript by Bio-Connect, Huissen, The Netherlands); Vioblue-conjugated CD34 (MACS Milteyni Biotech).
