A chest radiologist not affiliated with the study team (therefore blinded to walk distance) with expertise in cMRI reported right and left ventricle volumes. Using the MRI manufacturer's software, semi‐automated analysis with contour smoothing in the long axis was performed to obtain volumes. Clinical worsening was defined as need to initiate parenteral prostacyclin or hospitalization for decompensated heart failure; for this report, we censored all individuals 12 months after testing was completed.
