The products of the iPLEX reaction were desalted and transferred onto a SpectroCHIP (Sequenom, San Diego, CA, USA) by the MassARRAY nanodispenser (Sequenom, San Diego, CA, USA), which was then analyzed by the MassARRAY analyzer by combining base calling with the clustering algorithm.
