FTIR Analysis of Starch, BSA, and Encapsulated Molecules

FTIR experiments were carried out using JASCO Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (Japan, model no. AUP1200343) to detect the surface molecular structures in the range of 400–4000 cm⁻¹. Few dried samples of starch, BSA, MOLE and Encap. MOLE were grounded with KBr into homogenous powder and pressed into a suitable tablet with good thickness. For all the tests, at least three scans were recorded for different regions on the samples and the representative spectra were analyzed [28 (link)].
