DMSO (sc-20258) was from Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Santa Cruz, CA). The following antibodies were used in this study: RIPK1 (Cell Signallng Technology [Danvers, MA], #3493); p-MLKL (S358) (Abcam (Cambridge, UK), ab187091); hMLKL (Abcam [Cambridge, UK], ab183770); and Actin (Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Santa Cruz, CA), sc-81178). Smac mimetic SM-164 was custom synthesized (SelleckChem [Houston, TX]) [7 (link)]. TNFα was from Cell Sciences (Newburyport, MA).
