Variable analysis
- Busulfan (20 mg/kg) administered by IP injection
- HIL-2 (50K UI) administered by daily IP injection for five consecutive days
- Fold change in mass of laNK92-nLuc cells over time (measured by BLI on day 35 divided by day 1)
- Mouse strains: female hIL-2 NOG, hIL-15 NOG, and CIEA NOG (Taconic Biosciences)
- Age of mice: 4-6 weeks
- Route of cell injection: IP
- Cell line: laNK92-nLuc
- Anesthesia: 2% isoflurane
- Bioluminescence imaging: Furimazine injection followed by imaging within 30 seconds, acquisition time of 60 seconds using IVIS Lumina III Imaging System
- Positive control: One CIEA NOG mouse received daily injection of hIL-2 (50K UI) for five consecutive days
- Negative control: One CIEA NOG mouse did not receive any hIL-2

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
