Hanks’ balanced salt solution (HBSS) and ConA were purchased from Solarbio (Beijing, China). NLRP3 rabbit monoclonal antibody was purchased from Cell Signaling Technology (Massachusetts, USA). A 3,3′-diaminobenzidine (DAB) immunohistochemistry color development kit was purchased from BBI Life Science Corporation Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Ammonium-chloride-potassium (ACK) lysis buffer was offered by Beyotime Biotechnology (Shanghai, China).
