The dried extracts were dissolved in 20 μL Milli-Q water and analyzed using an Agilent G7100 CE system, an Agilent G6224AA LC/MSD time-of-flight (TOF) system, and an Agilent 1200 series isocratic high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) pump equipped with a 1:100 splitter for delivery of the sheath liquid (Agilent Technologies, Palo Alto, CA, USA). Agilent Chem-Station software for CE/MS and MassHunter software for TOFMS were used as the system control and data acquisition software.
