Murine Bone Marrow-Derived Macrophage Transfection

Murine bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMMs) were generated as previously described (22 (link)). Cells (1×10⁶/well) were cultured for 7 days and then transfected with 100nM of siRNA (β-catenin siRNA, PPAR-γ siRNA or Jagged-1 siRNA (Santa Cruz Biotechnology). See Supplementary Materials.
